Corey Jaskolski
Founder
RAIC Labs was founded in 2019 by Corey Jaskolski, inspired by his conservation work as a National Geographic explorer and fellow.
After creating a 3D digitization of the endangered Sumatran rhino using a self-designed imaging system, Corey set out to solve one of AI’s biggest pain points — the need for massive amounts of training data.
Our initial work of generating synthetic data gave way to new technology that bypasses the need for training data altogether: RAIC (Rapid Automatic Image Categorization), which is why we rebranded in 2024 to RAIC Labs.
From tracking Chinese spy balloons around the world in satellite imagery to detecting extinct birds in hundreds of hours of drone footage, RAIC Labs continues to transform how imagery can be unlocked with powerful AI.

Our team combines expertise in engineering, data science, AI, and software development, with published work in 3D and AI processing. They've collaborated with MIT, the Department of Defense, DARPA, and Fortune 50 companies, successfully tackling the most ambitious AI challenges.
